1. All items are in stock and will be shipped out according to the arranged schedule. Please check your chat for delivery arrangements.
2. Stocks are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, it will be substituted with a similar or better product.
3. All frozen and chilled products are delivered using a cold chain truck to maintain product quality. Please note that a cooler bag will not be provided.
4. Delivery will be scheduled on Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm, Sat: 9am - 12pm. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
5. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
