3. All frozen and chilled products are delivered using a cold chain truck to maintain product quality. Please note that a cooler bag will not be provided.
4. Delivery will be scheduled on Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm, Sat: 9am - 12pm. Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
5. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.
